Eric is a New York/New Jersey Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with specialized training in evaluation and treatment of spinal disorders including back & neck pain as well as an innovator in assessment and re-programming of movement to improve sport performance.
He has continued education in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment as well as Paris and IPA schools of Manual therapy and has been a assisted in courses teaching Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (ISTM).
Eric’s Sports Performance/ Injury Prevention certifications include:
- NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
- SFMA Selective Functional Movement Assessment Provider (NASMI)
Eric comes to physical therapy from a background of sports performance having been a USPTR certified Tennis Professional training elite level tennis players for competition in Princeton NJ and Maryland and has served as a hitting partner for WTA players in visiting the NJ/NYC area.
Eric has competed in organized Tennis (USTA), Basketball and TaeKwonDo and enjoys helping athletes succeed in their chosen sports, but finds equal fulfillment helping non-athletes to achieve their health and wellness goals.
In his free time Eric enjoys exploring nature, learning about other cultures and studying philosophy.
