Our Millburn location is centrally located in NJ near Summit, Short Hills, Livingston, West Orange and Chatham. Our facility has the full range of exercise equipment, cardiovascular machines and private treatment areas in a comfortable and relaxed environment. We have a changing area on-site for our patients.

Garden State Take exit 142 and get onto Rte. 78 West. Take exit 50B (Millburn/Maplewood) Make right on top of ramp at light onto Vauxhall Rd. At fourth light make a left onto Millburn Ave. Bear right onto Essex St., heading West. Pass through Main St. (no left turn allowed) and make left onto Millburn Ave., heading East, at the end of Essex St. Make right onto Main St. We are 0.4 miles ahead on the left side. If you reach intersection with Willow/East Willow with the Shop Right on the corner, you have gone too far. Route 78 East Make sure are in the LOCAL lane. Exit onto Rte. 24 West. Take the Millburn/Springfield/Summit exit. Merge onto Rte. 124 East. Make a left turn onto Millburn Ave. Make a right turn onto Main St. We are 0.4 miles ahead on the left side. If you reach intersection with Willow/East Willow with the Shop Right on the corner, you have gone too far. Morristown Area Take Rte. 287 to exit 27 (Rte. 24). Take the Millburn/Springfield exit. Merge onto Morris Ave. Bear right onto Rte. 124 East. Make a quick left onto Millburn Ave. Make a right turn onto Main St. We are 0.4 miles ahead on the left side. If you reach intersection with Willow/East Willow with the Shop Right on the corner, you have gone too far. Westfield Area Take Rte. 22 East to Springfield exit. Turn right onto South Springfield Ave. South Springfield Ave. becomes Meisel Ave. which ends at the traffic circle and becomes Maple Ave. From Maple Ave. (follow the arrow bearing to the right). Get into the left lane quickly and proceed through the next traffic light (Morris Ave.) as road becomes Main St. Follow sign towards Millburn. You will pass over Rte. 78. We are on the right side past the American Legion Hall, just past the Shop-Rite. New Providence Area Take Springfield Ave. heading toward Summit. Make a right onto Morris Ave. Follow Morris Ave. over Rte. 24. Bear right onto Rte. 124 East. Make a quick left onto Millburn Ave. Make a right turn onto Main St. We are 0.4 miles ahead on the left side. If you reach intersection with Willow/East Willow with the Shop Right on the corner, you have gone too far. Livingston Area From Northfield Ave., turn onto Old Short Hills Rd. toward Saint Barnabas Medical Center. In downtown Millburn, Old Short Hills Rd. becomes Main St. After passing Millburn Ave., we are 0.4 miles ahead on the left side. If you reach intersection with Willow/East Willow with the Shop Right on the corner, you have gone too far.
