Our facility at 157 East 86th St is located in the heart of the Upper East Side, steps from the subway. We are located in private office space inside the New York Sports Club, but have a separate elevator entrance giving our patients quick access to our facility . Our patients have full access to cardiovascular and weight training equipment, locker rooms and amenities at the New York Sports Club. Our office has several private treatment areas and space for exercises, therapeutic modalities, and manual therapy. We utilize the weight bearing exercises and cardio machines located right outside our door at the NYSC.

Korean and Spanish are spoken at this location.

From NYC via Subway
Take the 4, 5, or 6 train to 86th Street. Recovery Physical Therapy is located on the northeast corner of 86th Street and Lexington Avenue, next to New York Sports Club.
