Our facility at 1221 Avenue of the Americas is located in the heart of Rockefeller Center and the midtown business district. We have private treatment space in the middle of the New York Sports Club at Rockefeller Center. Our patients have full access to cardiovascular and weight training equipment, locker rooms and amenities at the New York Sports Club. This office offers an intimate and professional environment, just steps from the cardiovascular and weight training equipment.

From NYC via Subway
B, D, F, Q trains to 50th/Rockefeller Center
N, R to 49th Street exit and walk to Avenue of the Americas
From Penn Station: take 1 or 9 to 50 th Street and Broadway and walk to Avenue of Americas
From Grand Central: 4, 5, 6 to 51st and Lexington Avenue and walk to Avenue of the Americas.

By Bus
Take any North/South M.T.A. bus and transfer to the M34 (cross town 34th Street). Get off at 34th Street and Seventh Avenue.

Also available cross town - 49th Street bus.

By the Long Island Rail Road
To Penn Station then take 1 to 9 to 50th Street and Broadway and walk to Avenue of the Americas.

By PATH Trains
Take the PATH train to the 34th Street Subway Station then take B, D, Q, F to 50th St./Rockefeller Center.
