Our Larchmont facility is conveniently located on Boston Post Road in Westchester County with ample parking. Our large and sunny office has the full range of therapeutic modalities, exercise equipment, cardiovascular machines and private treatment areas in a relaxed environment. We have men�s and women's locker rooms on-site for our patients.

French & Spanish are spoken at this location.

Directions from Northern Westchester and Connecticut:
Take I-95 to Exit 18B-A towards Mamaroneck Avenue. Bear left at the fork in the ramp abd then bear right. Make a left onto Mamaroneck Avenue. Go approximately 5 miles to Boston Post Road. Stay on Boston Post Road for roughly 1.3 miles. We are on the left hand side.

OR

Take Hutchinson river Parkway South to Exit 23S-Mamaroneck Avenue. Merge onto Mamaroneck Avenue to Boston Post Road. Make a right onto Boston Post Road and go approximately 1.3 miles.

Directions from Southern Westchester:
Take I-95 N to Exit 17- Chatsworth Ave/Larchmont. Merge into Jerfferson Street. Turn right onto North Chatsworth Avenue. Turn Left onto Boston Post Road/US1. Go approximately .3 of a mile.
