Jerome Villanueva's Biography

Jerome T. Villanueva, P.T. earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of the Philippines, Manila in 1999. Since the start of his professional career in 2001 he has worked almost exclusively in Orthopedics and Sports Rehab. in New York. Jerome is also a Certified Pilates Instructor which he attained through the Professional Health and Fitness Institute in Bethesda, MD. He has specialized in the management of out-patient orthopedic and sports related injuries for the past 10 years but he also worked part-time in an acute in-patient setting at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn.

As a physical therapist and pilates instructor, Jerome has experience working with weekend athletes to the semi-pro. His other interests include snowboarding, running, Capoeira and travel.
