Recovery Physical Therapy's 200 Park Avenue facility is conveniently located in the Met Life building, at Grand Central Terminal. We are located in private office space inside the New York Sports Club. Our patients have full access to cardiovascular and weight training equipment, locker rooms and amenities at the New York Sports Club. Our large office has several private treatment areas and space for exercises, therapeutic modalities, and manual therapy. We utilize the weight bearing exercises and cardio machines located right outside our door at the NYSC.

From NYC via Subway
Take the 4,5,6, 7, or S train to Grand Central Station. Once inside the main lobby of Grand Central Station, take the escalators up into the 200 Park Avenue building. We are located on the second floor of the New York Sports Club inside 200 Park Avenue.
